Using our airport pickup service (from Noi Bai airport) to avoid any scam (that may happen at the airport) at reasonable price, and for sure it is cheaper than the rate offered by airport taxis and much cheaper rate than using taxi meters.

We also do provide car rental service. If you want to visit any destination by yourself or you do not want to join package Hanoi city tour with group, asking for a private car is a good idea since it can be flexible and you can decide how long will you stay at each tourist place. Feel free to share us your travel ideas, we are willing to assist and build up interesting itineraries for you.
Having motorbike license, you can rent a motorbike to visit Hanoi city and suburb by yourself. The expense is quite reasonable:
